Learn all about winter backyard birds from Steve Hale, who holds university degrees in marine biology, evolutionary biology, and ecology and is owner and founder of Open World Explorers. In this interactive program the audience members will be able to test their own knowledge with a bird quiz and ask questions. In addition, the presentation will cover the topic of the annual Audubon Christmas Bird Count and provide information on how newcomers can participate in a count near them. Presented in partnership with Chelmsford Library and Flint Memorial Library. Thank you to the 2019 Friends of the Library Annual Appeal for funding this program.
