About the presenter:

Sarah Lohman is the author of Eight Flavors: The Untold Story of American Cuisine. Formerly the Curator of Food Programming at the Lower East Side Tenement Museum, she has lectured at hundreds of universities and institutions nationwide, including the Museum of Science, Boston, the American Museum of Natural History, and The New York Public Library.
