VIRTUAL EVENT: The Science of Happiness

Monday, August 107:00—8:30 PMVirtual Event via Zoom

Do you ever find yourself wishing you could feel happier? Many of us do and we think we will feel happier as a result of something – such as finding a new job, finishing a project, losing 10 pounds, etc. However, psychologists and neurologists are now realizing that happiness can be more readily achieved through changing the way we think. Professor Lizzie Linn Casanave, from the NECC Speaker's Bureau,  will explain this revolutionary concept and provide you with practical tools for achieving this new mindset.  Brought to you with federal funds provided by the Institute of Museum and Library Services and administered by the Massachusetts Board of Library Commissioners.

This is an online event via Zoom. An invite will be sent at least thirty minutes prior to the start of the program to the email given at registration. Please be sure to check your clutter/junk/spam boxes if the invite does not appear in your inbox.
