"Started" with sourdough while staying at home? Join Library Associate and home baker Lisa Crispin for a program on all things sourdough! We'll discuss equipment you need to get started, feeding and maintaining your starter, and great resources for recipes and troubleshooting. Lisa will show her dough at various stages and helpful tips for the perfect loaf. We'll have a discussion at the end for attendees to share their sourdough successes and issues.
