In this 90-minute Zoom class, Elizabeth Almeida, owner/farmer at Fat Moon Farm, will cover everything from the lifecycle of mushrooms to the latest research on their nutritional and environmental benefits. Stop by the library throughout July to see a Blue Oyster Mushroom grow kit from Fat Moon Farm in action, and pick up your own Make-and-Take Oyster Mushroom Kit on a date in early August to be determined.
