Put on your creative caps, grab your hay bales, and join us for a Scarecrow Contest!

Register once for your whole family group of up to 6 people, and start making a scarecrow at home! The theme is “What are you grateful for?”

Once registered, your group will receive an email on November 6th with a rules and regulations form and a number. That number will match a number on a 4-foot post on the library front lawn. Decorate your post and the small space around it anytime between November 6th and November 15th! Deadline to put up and decorate your scarecrow is Sunday, November 15th.

Judges will anonymously pick the top three winners the following week! Winners will be notified and announced on November 23rd, prizes will then be available for curbside pickup. First place will get a $25 gift card to AJ's Kitchen, second place will get a $15 gift card to Josie's Bakery, and third place will get a $5 gift card to Heavenly Donuts!

Register all members of your group (adults, teens, and kids) all together. Whoever registers the group is considered the "Caregiver" and we ask that you add adults and teens to the total number of "children" you are registering.
