You may know parkour for its high-flying flips and big jumps. In this transformative course, we use parkour principles to help active aging adults become physically stronger and mentally confident. Learn how to avoid falls, or how best to fall if it happens, how to turn obstacles into opportunities and how to incorporate functional fitness into your everyday movements. This program is brought to you with federal funds provided by the Institute of Museum and Library Services and administered by the Massachusetts Board of Library Commissioners.
