The state of Massachusetts recently approved new fertilizer regulations (333 CMR 31) which affect ANYONE applying fertilizer, even homeowners.   DPW Operations Manager Jamie Magaldi will summarize the relatively new regulations that all contractors, landscape professionals, fertilizer retailers, property caretakers, and homeowners should be aware of.  Jamie will discuss how to replace widely accepted nutrient overloading practices with a more tailored, soils based approach.
