A cold winter afternoon calls for a spot of afternoon tea!  Join Master Paper crafter Elaine Sousa as she leads you through the creation of flowers and greenery made out of paper, foamerin, and crepe paper. Flowers will be will be arranged in a dainty teacup perfect for gift giving or home décor.
