Thomas Jefferson is considered the most complex of America’s Founding Fathers.  His influence on the American system of government is well known, but what is not known is Jefferson’s influence on American Cuisine. Jefferson wrote that “all men are created equal…”but did not believe all wines were!” Learn how the man who gave America its ‘credo’ influenced its cuisine. A former faculty member of Salem State University’s History Department, Anthony Guerriero paints a unique picture of Thomas Jefferson.
