Chef Bill will  offer a virtual demonstration of his Chicken Marsala recipe, which he keeps flavorful and light with an unconventional seasonal ingredient (pumpkin!). He will also teach us to prepare two sides featuring fall vegetables: roasted red potatoes with rosemary and roasted broccoli.

After graduating, he cooked at the old Ritz-Carlton in Boston, and then worked at Harbor Sweets, the handmade chocolate company, in Salem, MA. He started his personal chef business in September 2001, and is the author of four cookbooks, from Storey Publishing: Knife Skills, Making and Using Vinegar, How to Make Chocolate Candy, and Making Caramels. He does this in Zoom events, and in private homes, at parties, and at team-building events for companies. He also consults with food businesses on recipe and menu creation. He’s currently also providing free Zoom cooking classes every Wednesday and Friday at 5:00 EDT.
