Meet President George Washington as portrayed by John Koopman III, in this 45 minute lecture and learn what caused the colonists to found a new country and why the Revolution drove Washington to the Constitutional Convention. The President will also comment on the Constitution and its aftermath, and on tests to the new nation including avoiding war with France. George Washington, the father of our country, soldier statesman, first in war, first in peace, had a unique perspective on the founding of our nation—don’t miss it.
